Weren't sure if tea and coffee was available at the venue, so agreed to confirm later. 24 hours before funeral found out , no food, they cancelled order because no drinks confirmation. Then received several abusive calls and messages from the manager and owner. Unbelievable. Words fail me. What a way to treat a pensioner about to bury her son.
